Hey, look — yet another lie straight from the mouth of our esteemed president. Joe Wilson was right. (But he really shouldn’t have yelled it out in the middle of Obama’s speech the other night — it’s a question of manners and civility, not whether or not he was right. Of course he’s right. Of [...]

As usual, Rush Limbaugh has been taken out of context and smeared from Left to…well, Left. (Lefter?) Word-by-word transcripts have been provided, but that’s not enough.
If you don’t like him, that’s fine. But base your opinions on fact first. Like it or not, he made a very valid point: since Nancy Pelosi has decided to [...]

no apology necessary

Sergeant James Crowley of the Cambridge Police Department has said emphatically that he will not be apologizing to Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates.
And he shouldn’t. He has no reason to. The man did his job, plain and simple. It was Mr. Gates who immediately escalated the matter into one of ’systemic racism’ with no provocation.
Words [...]

President Obama finally made a brief statement regarding the domestic terrorist attack that left one U.S. soldier dead and another severely wounded. It took three days, and he refused to call the act what it was — terrorism by an Islamofascist with an anti-American, anti-military agenda — but he did it.
(Of course, he released a [...]

Despite Barack Obama’s bizarre, naive view of the world as a playground and he the benevolent world leader who can convince everyone — even the Islamofascists who repeatedly declare they want nothing but to wipe Israel and the United States off the face of the earth — to play nice if he only says “please” [...]

Of course U.S.-related favorability ratings have gone down in Iran since Barack Obama has taken office — George W. Bush was hated, but he was also feared and respected. He didn’t apologize for America, he didn’t talk out of both sides of his mouth the way Obama does, and he backed up what he said [...]

President Barack Obama, the Commander-in-Chief of the United States Armed Forces, has dishonored the life and memory of Private William Long by refusing to condemn the act of domestic terrorism that resulted in Long’s tragic murder Monday.
Long, 23, a private in the U.S. Army, was shot and killed outside the military recruitment center in Arkansas where he worked [...]

I was watching last night’s O’Reilly Factor, and in the opening segment, Bill O’Reilly was discussing Sonia Sotomayor’s nomination to the Supreme Court with Dick Morris and Bernie Goldberg. He then discussed certain comments popping up in the far-right and far-left blogisphere with Washington Times columnist Amanda Carpenter in her weekly “Policing the ‘Net” segment.

“Only in a liberal’s mind would saving the planet carry more value than saving a life.” — Matt Spivey
I’ve been meaning to bring over an excellent column by Matt Spivey from the American Thinker that appeared on Tuesday. I believe it’s a very accurate depiction of the president and his speaking at Notre Dame’s commencement [...]

“…whatever choices [President Obama] makes concerning the defense of this country, those choices should not be based on slogans and campaign rhetoric, but on a truthful telling of history.” — Vice President Dick Cheney
Former Vice President Dick Cheney spoke at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C., this morning, and he pulled no punches when speaking about President [...]
