double chocolate peppermint cookies
Double Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
4 ounces milk chocolate, cut in chunks (for both, I opted for Ghirardelli bars)
1/2 cup butter
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
