I love Leverage.
I mean, I *love* Leverage.
If you haven’t checked out TNT’s newest big hit, seriously, what are you waiting for?
I remembered the previews leading up to its premiere this past fall and I figured I’d check it out sooner or later. I’ve now, thanks to reruns, seen all but the final two episodes of this first season, which air Tuesday and next week, and I am seriously hooked.
The premise: a former insurance investigator (Timothy Hutton) joins forces with four criminals and they eventually set up a firm called Leverage that more or less Robin Hoods for victims of corruption, greed, etc.
It is seriously the coolest show. It has a very Ocean’s 11-type feel.
The cast has terrific chemistry and they are all fantastic together (it’s nice to see Angel alum Christian Kane in front of a camera again), but my favorite is Beth Riesgraf. Her character, Parker, is the world’s greatest thief and may or may not be crazy.
She is, in a word, awesome.

I love this show!! I started watching for Christian but I have to agree with you when it comes to Parker, she is AWESOME. I am anxiously waiting for the first part of the 2 part finale now. Hee!!

I know. So awesome. I’m already starting to dread the fact that there’s only one episode left…at least it got renewed for a second season.
